✅ Unused & Unopened Products – We accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
✅ Damaged or Faulty Items – If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
❌ Used or Opened Products – For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

• Return Approval – Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
• Refund/Exchange Process – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Exchanges will be processed promptly.
